Cold Calling Specialist – Sales Development Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an offshore Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a real passion for making calls and engaging with leads. The heart of this role is in the conversations you’ll have; it’s about connecting with people, understanding their needs, and introducing our services in a way that resonates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Spend the majority of your day on outbound calls, engaging warm and some cold leads, and sparking interest in our digital marketing solutions.
– Use your excellent communication skills to understand potential clients’ needs and align our services with their goals.
– Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and scripts based on collective feedback.
– Keep straightforward records of call outcomes and follow-up actions.
– Have availability to make calls within the timeframe of 14:00 and 19:00 UTC (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time), covering peak calling hours across multiple time zones. You do not need to be available for the entire time frame but must have availability within these hours to make impactful calls.
– Maintain a respectful, professional, and helpful tone in all communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role with a strong focus on outbound calling.
– Fluency in English with a clear accent and exceptional verbal communication skills.
– Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
– A team player who is open to feedback and eager to improve outreach strategies.
– Familiarity with dialers and CRM systems is a plus.
– Reliable availability during key calling hours (14:00 – 19:00 UTC).
COMPENSATION:
– Hourly rate of $6 to $11 per hour based on experience for the first 90 days.
– Potential for progressive increases based on performance evaluations after the initial 90 days.
– Bonus of $25 for each qualified appointment set, rewarding your efforts and success.
