If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Virtual Assistant specializing in sales cold calling. Position Overview:

As a Cold Calling VA, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and initiating contact through cold calling. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with our marketing team to place outbound cold calls to prospective customers and support the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

– Cold Calling: Place outbound cold calls to prospective customers, introducing our laboratory supplies and services, and engaging in meaningful conversations to identify their needs.
– Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication between you and the sales representatives.
– Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and conversations in our CRM system. Track progress and outcomes of cold calls for reporting purposes.
– Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our laboratory supplies and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
– Feedback: Provide regular feedback to the sales team regarding lead quality, market insights, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing is preferred.
– Fluent in English.
– Excellent verbal communication skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools.
– A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
– Knowledge of laboratory supplies and equipment is a plus.
