Role Overview:

As a Cold Calling and Lead Gen Executive at The Human Capital, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound cold calling efforts. You’ll leverage your communication skills and tenacity to identify potential clients and generate opportunities for our virtual assistant services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce The Human Capital’s virtual assistant services and identify potential leads.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and lead status updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Continuously assess and refine cold calling scripts and approaches to improve effectiveness and conversion rates.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and opportunity conversion.
Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in a B2B/ B2C environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
