We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cold Calls & Emailing Specialist to join our sales and marketing team. As a Cold Calls & Emailing Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound cold calls and sending personalized emails to potential clients in order to generate leads and expand our customer base. Your goal will be to engage prospects, build relationships, and qualify potential leads to create opportunities for our sales team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a tenacious attitude to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cold Calling: Proactively make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects using provided leads or research, effectively introducing our products/services and identifying potential opportunities for the sales team.
– Email Campaigns: Develop and implement email campaigns to reach out to potential clients, presenting compelling information about our products/services to capture their interest and curiosity.
– Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening during phone calls and email interactions.
– Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads, transfer potential customers to the appropriate sales representatives, and provide necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of cold calls, emails, and lead interactions in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
– Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls, emails sent, qualified leads generated, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
– Proven Experience: Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or email marketing is highly desirable.
– Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate key messages clearly and concisely.
– Persistence: A resilient and tenacious approach to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve goals.
– Customer-Oriented: A customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering value and building positive relationships with potential clients.
– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, email automation tools, and other relevant sales and marketing technologies.
– Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving strategies, market dynamics, and product/service offerings.
