Role Overview:
We seek a proactive and experienced Cold Email Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source potential leads, send targeted cold emails using Instantly, and manage lead information within our CRM. Effective communication with our team via Slack is also crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing: Identify and source potential leads that match our target profile.
Cold Emailing: Craft and send personalized cold emails to cold prospects using Instantly, aiming to initiate conversations and generate interest.
CRM Management: Accurately input and organize lead information in our CRM system, ensuring all details are up-to-date and correctly categorized.
Communication: Monitor and respond to replies from leads promptly and coordinate with the team on Slack to update the status and plan follow-ups.
Reporting: Regularly update the team on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements: Must have used instantly in the past.
Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Experience with Instantly: Proven experience using Instantly for cold emailing campaigns.
Cold Emailing Expertise: Demonstrated success in crafting and sending effective cold emails.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage and categorize leads effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools like Slack.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
