Cold Email Response Manager
Company Overview:
is a SaaS & agency specializing in cold video email campaigns to book sales calls for other b2b organizations. We are seeking an experienced Cold Email Inbox Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming inquiries and responses from our cold email campaigns using the training we provide.
As we predominantly run a SaaS, we use a lot of custom-built technological solutions to make ours and your workflows easier but to do so we need someone with experience working for a cold email lead generation agency.
Job Description:
The Cold Email Response Manager will play a critical role in handling responses generated by our cold email campaigns. You will be responsible for promptly and professionally addressing inquiries, nurturing leads, and converting responses into meetings. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to various tasks outside of response management to support our organization. This is an opportunity to become a manager as we hire more employees for you to move into a purely managerial role.

Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to incoming inquiries and responses generated by our cold email campaigns.
Provide timely and personalized responses to inquiries, nurturing leads, and addressing customer concerns.
Maintain a professional and engaging tone in all written communications.
Identify opportunities to optimize response templates and improve response rates.
Follow up with leads to gather additional information and provide further assistance as needed.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Assist with other tasks as required to support the team’s goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience using Instantly/Smartlead/QuickMail/Uptics
Previous experience in managing responses to cold email campaigns or similar customer support role.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive responses.
Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and comprehensive responses.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
