Job Title: Cold Email Lead Generation and Campaign Management Specialist

Location: Remote (Must overlap with PST time zone by 3 hours daily)

Type: Part-Time (3 hours per day, 3 days per week) with potential to increase to full-time / Note first week will be a paid probation period.

Compensation: Starting at $6/hour

Evergrow Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cold Email Lead Generation and Campaign Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at using SaaS tools like Click to view, Click to view, or Smartlead for lead generation and is proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cold email campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring smooth execution of outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Email Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and execute cold email campaigns using tools like Click to view, Click to view, or Smartlead.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve results.
Ensure campaigns are personalized and tailored to target audiences.

Lead Generation:

Utilize SaaS tools to identify and generate leads for various campaigns.
Manage and maintain a lead database, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
Reporting and Analysis:

Use Excel/Google Sheets to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate effectively via WhatsApp for day-to-day coordination.
Participate in weekly check-in calls to review progress and plan future activities.
