Adsora is looking for an experienced SDR/ lead generation manager to empower its continuous growth. This opportunity will help you to develop as a professional, gain new knowledge, and orchestrate modern lead-generation tools in order to drive successful deals.
Initially, this position will be part-time for 1-2 months, and based on your performance, it can transition to full-time.
Requirements
Ability to convert interested prospects from cold email to a demo/intro call.
Previous experience as Lead Generation manager.
1 year + of experience working in/with IT/B2B SaaS companies as SDR/lead generator or any other sales role.
English C1
Excellent writing and speaking abilities.
Experience using Chatgpt4 for writing and other tasks.
Experience converting interested prospects from cold email to a demo/intro call.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Maintain database (HubSpot),
Preferably
Experience working with Instantly, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
Experience working 1+ years B2B sales, other sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Convert replies from cold emails/linkedin into demo/discovery calls.
Manage cold email / LinkedIn campaigns through automation tools like Instantly.
Collect, filter, and verify leads using all sources given to you.
Write and test new cold email tactics and copywriting techniques.
Constantly evolve and find new ways to be relevant and personalize email outreach.
Manage new client onboarding: set up domains, and email accounts, do some basic research, and write email copy sequences. Please add “Performance cold email” on top of your resume to see that you actually read this section.
