Cold Email Outreach Expert (Remote)

We are a leading digital software agency offering a comprehensive suite of services, including digital product transformation, branding, web/app development and e-commerce solutions. We are seeking an experienced Cold Email Outreach Expert to foster impactful relationships with potential clients.

#### Responsibilities:

**Email Account Setup and Technical Configuration:**

– Create and configure new sales outreach email accounts and domains.
– Set up SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, and other necessary email configurations.
– Familiarity with tools like GlockApps is a plus.

**Lead Generation and List Building:**

– Leverage sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists.
– Rigorously define our Ideal Client Profile.
– Verify, clean, and format the leads list.

**Cold Email Writing and Campaign Management:**

– Craft highly customized cold emails aligned with our visual brand and audience-focused approach.
– Develop compelling subject lines and email copy to showcase the value of our services.
– Implement sequences and workflows to engage and nurture prospects.
– Know how to work with Chatgpt and Claude ai to provide high personalization emails.

**Inbox and Follow-Up Management:**

– Maintain a well-organized inbox.
– Implement strategic automated and manual follow-ups.

**Performance Metrics and Strategy Adaptation:**

– Carefully track and analyze campaign metrics.
– Record outreach activities in CRM and share feedback with the broader sales team.

**Pipeline Management:**

– Provide interested replies to business developers for further nurturing.
– Direct prospects who are interested but not ready for an immediate call to a separate pipeline.

#### Goals:

– Open Rates: ~50%
– Reply Rate: ~10%
– Interested Reply Rate: ~25%
– Call Booked Rate: ~50%
– Close Rate: ~20%

– Proven track record in cold email outreach, particularly in the digital software agency sector.
– Proficiency in popular outreach software platforms; having your own tools is a plus.
