I’m Gus, a Fractional CMO based in Australia, and I’m on the lookout for a experienced Marketing Assistant / VA to join my team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting my work with a variety of exciting clients.

I currently have an opening for a full-time Virtual Assistant with writing experience.

This full-time work-from-home position will keep you interested, performing a range of VA tasks.

Experience in the following is a must:
– Cold email outreach (listing building, setting up automation). Perfect if you have experience with tools such as lemlist or etc)
– Copywriting – From award submissions to personalisation of cold emails, persuasive writing will be a key skill in this role.
– Liaising between graphic and web designers to ensure client needs are met. This mainly involves proofing for mistakes and checking quality. Being organised with a great eye for detail will help here.
– Desktop research

– Applicants must also be:

– Fluent in English (written);
– Have excellent attention to detail, you catch those little mistakes before they get through to the client
– Have great Microsoft Office skills;
– Have consistent internet & power;
– Have excellent Communication skills & Punctuality;
– Must be willing to work hours that have significant overlap with Australian business hours.

40 hours per week. The exact hours can be negotiable for the right candidate.

Skills that are not essential but would be a bonus:
– Experience writing for an Australian company
– Podcast pitching / PR
– Basic graphic design using tools like Canva
– Basic video editing
