We are looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled Cold Email Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to build and manage databases based on briefs provided. The ideal candidate must be proficient in working with all leading database platforms and Smartlead.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain databases in accordance with provided briefs.
– Leverage Smartlead to enhance cold email campaigns.
– Manage inboxes in Smartlead, including responding to positive replies and calendar booking.
– Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement to our customers.
– Create personalised email templates and sequences based on target audience data.
– Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates and response rates.
– Monitor deliverability rates and troubleshoot any issues to ensure high email deliverability.
– Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to customer.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cold email marketing.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Cold Email Specialist or in a similar role.
– Proficiency in leading database platforms
– Strong knowledge of Smartlead and its application in cold email campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
