Cold Email Specialist

Sona is a B2B software platform for demand-generation marketers. Our dynamic team is growing, and we are seeking dynamic and high-performing Cold Email Specialists with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales development role. This role would involve researching and assembling target lists, building and scheduling personalized email campaigns and corresponding with leads to schedule meetings. You should have exceptional writing skills that can draw responses. Top-performers will have high earning potential, an entrepreneurial environment to further their skills, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Key Qualifications:

• Track record of creating successful cold email campaigns and the ability to improve campaigns so they reach target goals
• Conduct research using various tools to build a pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our target market.
• Craft and execute compelling AI-assisted cold email campaigns
• Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and emails
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on reaching sales targets

Responsibilities
• Build target lists for cold email campaigns
• Craft persuasive email copy to drive engagement and conversions
• Conduct thorough market research for customized email content
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using tools such as Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, and n8n.
• Analyze campaign metrics and continually improve campaign performance
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices

Training for this position and our products will be provided.
