Join our company’s journey as we scale our newest high-ticket offer to $1 million per month and beyond. As our Cold Calling/Cold Email Outreach Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth phase, providing essential support to generate leads and drive sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to be my right hand in reaching potential clients and enhancing our sales pipeline. You’ll have exclusive access to tools and communications, working closely with me to automate and optimize our outreach process.

Role Description:

You will manage a diverse set of tasks focusing on:

Conducting cold calls to potential clients, introducing our offers, and setting appointments.
Managing cold email outreach campaigns, including drafting, sending, and tracking emails.
Following up with leads and prospects via phone and email to nurture relationships.
Creating daily and weekly reports to track outreach performance and lead generation.
Assisting with pipeline management and sales funnel checks.
Communicating on my behalf with the team to keep operations smooth and efficient.
This role supports me in completing and overseeing basic tasks that enhance our team’s performance.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills this is crucial!
Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
Experience in cold calling and email outreach.
Proficient in creating reports and managing CRM tools.
A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Strong work ethic, hunger to develop skills, and increase earning potential.

Performance-Based Incentives:

Earn a $20 bonus for every single deal that we close, with up to $800 in bonuses available monthly. You just have to make sure that everything is running smoothly.

Working Environment:

Full-time position requiring availability during USA time zones (EST to PST).
