We are seeking a proactive and driven Cold Outreach Specialist to spearhead client acquisition efforts for our agency. Your primary role will involve executing strategic outreach campaigns on social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn. By leveraging Facebook groups and LinkedIn networks and cold calling, you will identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our agency’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling Outreach: I will provide you with leads to call and the scripts to say to book appointments for me so that I can close them.
Facebook Group Engagement: Regularly create and post compelling content in relevant Facebook groups to attract potential clients. Engage with group members to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
LinkedIn Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn for targeted outreach. Connect with potential clients, send personalized messages, and foster professional relationships.
Client Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and understand potential clients’ needs, aligning your outreach strategy with their business objectives.
Outreach Campaigns: Develop and implement effective outreach campaigns to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Lead Tracking and Management: Keep track of all outreach activities, monitor responses, and efficiently manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on outreach efforts and effectiveness, including insights on engagement metrics and lead conversion rates.
Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall marketing strategies and content creation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedIn, and their respective tools for business use.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with an ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and agency services.
