Role Overview:
The Cold Prospector/Appointment Setter will play a crucial role in our sales process, responsible for generating leads through cold calling and cold emailing, setting appointments for our sales team, and maintaining our lead database. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, results-driven individual with a proven track record in lead generation and an excellent understanding of CRM software and Notion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling and cold emailing techniques to identify and contact potential clients, generating high-quality leads for the sales team.
– Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring a smooth handoff and maximizing the potential for sales success.
– Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in our CRM system, ensuring the sales team has up-to-date information at all times.
– Lead Sourcing: Proactively source new leads through various channels, including industry databases, social media, and networking events.
– Tool Proficiency: Utilize Notion for organizational and planning purposes, ensuring seamless communication and project management within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Familiarity with CRM systems, demonstrating a capacity for efficiently managing lead data and customer interactions.
– Experience with Notion or similar organizational tools, showcasing strong organizational and planning skills.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively and maintain professional relationships.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and contribute to team goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
