Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer specialized in English Communication Skills and Customer Service training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in enhancing English language proficiency, accent neutralization, and customer service techniques to empower our employees to communicate effectively and provide outstanding service to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

Develop and conduct engaging training programs focused on improving English communication skills, accent neutralization, and customer service techniques.
Create customized training modules and materials tailored to different levels of proficiency and job roles within the organization.
Assess training needs through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to improve spoken English, enhance accent neutralization, and foster effective communication in customer interactions.
Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual employee needs for language improvement and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with department heads and HR to integrate training programs into the onboarding process and ongoing professional development initiatives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language training, customer service, and cross-cultural communication to continually improve training content and delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a trainer specializing in English communication skills, accent neutralization, and customer service, preferably in a multicultural corporate environment.
Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs that significantly enhance communication skills and customer service standards.
Exceptional proficiency in English language and a deep understanding of accents and their impact on communication.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with employees at all levels.
Certifications in language training, customer service, or related fields are advantageous.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles is preferred.
