Comment Moderator VA (Facebook + Instagram)

Job Description:

As an English-proficient Comment Moderator for our UK-based e-commerce store, your role will involve ensuring respectful and engaging comment sections on our Facebook and Instagram platforms. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and moderating user comments according to our guidelines, removing any inappropriate content, and maintaining a positive community environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor user comments on our Facebook and Instagram platforms in real-time.
Review and moderate comments to ensure adherence to our guidelines.
Promptly hide or remove any inappropriate or harmful comments.
Foster a positive and respectful community environment.
Engage in conversation with interested customers.
Respond to user complaints or reports, escalating as needed.

Hours and Qualifications:

This role time requires checking comments every 30 minutes from 8 AM to 8 PM Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Strong English language skills, outstanding reading and comprehension abilities, and a reliable internet connection are essential. Prior experience in moderation or similar roles is a plus.
