AM Job Description

Set up renewal submissions in AMS360. (Minimum 3 years AMS360 experience REQUIRED)

Deliver Certificates of Insurance (must have minimum 3 years experience issuing Certificates)

Request renewal application and list of necessary documents from incumbent carriers/wholesalers.

Assist Account Manager in collecting renewal information.

Follow up with markets during the quote/underwriting process at direction of the Account Manager to ensure that we are meeting the necessary time frames established.

Check policies for accuracy, issue binders, process invoices and set up files.

Order loss run

Customer Service

Fully committed to the needs of the client.

Consistent and continuous service to the client and carriers.

Works with a sense of urgency as required to meet objectives

Acts in a diplomatic manner and responds promptly to customer needs.

Process endorsements as assigned

Process endorsements through carriers and AMS360

Process data into agency management system adhering to agency protocols and guidelines

Process Certificates, including Certificate template set-up & update at renewal

Issue Evidence of Property Insurance as assigned by AM or front desk

Send change requests to insurance carriers as requested by AM

Manually renew policies and changes that are not downloaded by the carrier as assigned by account manager

For downloaded policies, confirm that a policy or endorsement has been received and accurate

Track non-payment pending cancellations for client commercial policies

Front desk receptionist will print/email them to you for contact and follow up

Checking carriers for underwriting memos and resolve in collaboration with AM’s

Miscellaneous projects as assigned
