Responsibilities:
Email Management: Handle email correspondence, both sending and responding promptly and professionally.
Data Entry: Accurately enter data into spreadsheets and databases, maintaining data integrity.
Quotes and Proposals: Create hypothetical quotes and proposals as needed.
Internet-Based Tools: Utilize internet-based communication tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs for efficient task management.
Excel and Google Sheets: Utilize your experience in Excel and Google Sheets to handle various data-related tasks.
Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and meticulous attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
Communication Skills: Maintain strong written and spoken communication skills, as you will be part of a remote team.
Software Training: Familiarize yourself with industry-specific software and tools, with training provided as needed.
Responsibilities:
Certificate of Insurance Processing: Review and update certificates of insurance as per specific requirements. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in processing these critical documents.
Process and send certificates out within a 24-48 hour timeframe, meeting client needs efficiently.
Utilize CRM software, specifically QQCatalyst, for effective management of certificate processing.
Requirements:
Insurance Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance is necessary to excel in this role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using internet-based communication tools and software is essential.
Internet Connection: A strong and reliable internet connection is a must for smooth remote operations.
Data Skills: Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets for data-related tasks.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks is imperative.
Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills for virtual collaboration.
