We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Commercial Mortgage Broker Sales Specialist. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate financing along with expertise in digital marketing strategies and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Go High Level, SEO, website editing, funnel building, text and email campaign management, as well as possess skills in AI-based chat and calling campaigns through platforms like Air, AI, and Twilio. Additionally, the candidate should excel in KPI tracking and expense management to ensure the efficiency and success of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Commercial Mortgage Brokerage Sales:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in need of commercial real estate financing solutions.
Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable mortgage options.
Lead negotiations and facilitate transactions to meet client objectives.
Digital Marketing Strategy:

2)Utilize Go High Level platform to create and execute advanced marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and drive qualified leads.
Edit and optimize website content to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Funnel Building and Management:

3)Design and implement sophisticated sales funnels to attract and convert prospects into clients.
Monitor funnel performance metrics and implement optimizations for maximum efficiency and conversion.
Campaign Creation and Management:

4)Develop and manage comprehensive text and email campaigns to engage prospects and nurture client relationships.
Craft compelling content and messaging to drive conversions and retention.
Utilize AI technologies to create chat and calling campaigns through platforms like Air, AI, and Twilio.
KPI Tracking and Expense Management:

5)Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Manage expenses associated with marketing initiatives to ensure budget adherence and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in commercial mortgage brokerage or financial services industry.
Proficiency in Go High Level platform and other digital marketing tools.
Advanced knowledge of SEO principles and website editing techniques.
Expertise in building and managing complex sales funnels.
Experience in creating and managing text, email, chat, and calling campaigns.
Familiarity with AI technologies for campaign automation and optimization.
