Job Description

Nash Painting, a leading commercial painting contractor, is expanding its team and currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Project Estimator to join us. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with our team in Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities:
Network with area general contractors via phone and email to identify commercial painting project opportunities.
Analyze and estimate commercial painting projects using industry software and tools, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and submit detailed and accurate project proposals, quotes, and bids.
Manage project follow-ups, change orders, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with project managers and crews to address project-related questions and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial painting and estimating.
Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities to contribute to company growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial painting estimating, preferably in the USA market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a keen ability to network and develop relationships.
Proficient in estimating software and related tools.
Demonstrated experience in project management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Clear and neutral accent in English.
