Job Description: As a Commercial Project Estimator at Smart Scapes LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our commercial projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs, communicating with potential clients, and fostering strong client relationships. Your construction background, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be crucial in ensuring the continued growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Estimation:
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial permeable paver projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors.
Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings to develop comprehensive estimates.
Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and realistic estimates.

Client Communication:
Establish and maintain effective communication with potential clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
Conduct meetings, and consultations with clients to gather essential project information.
Clearly present and explain estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to enhance business development opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business prospects.

Estimate Follow-Up:
Track and manage estimates to ensure timely follow-up and responsiveness to client inquiries.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the estimation process, addressing any revisions or updates as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and organized records of estimates, project documentation, and correspondence with clients.
Generate reports on estimate status, project progress, and client interactions.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating, particularly in the commercial sector.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and drawings.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
