A rapidly growing Series A SaaS company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Finance and Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote position is open to candidates residing in the Philippines who have a strong background in SaaS finance, billing, and software operations.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our commercial insurance clients, assisting them with their insurance needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from commercial insurance clients promptly and professionally.
Assist clients with policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and claims, providing accurate and timely information.
Collaborate with insurance agents and underwriters to provide comprehensive insurance solutions that meet clients’ requirements.

Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database, ensuring data integrity.

Provide support to clients throughout the claims process, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance adjusters.
Stay up-to-date with insurance industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively address client inquiries and provide relevant guidance.

Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years of prior experience as a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial property and casualty insurance.

Knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance products, coverages, and endorsements is desirable.

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Active insurance licenses (Property & Casualty) are a plus, but not required. Willingness to obtain relevant licenses within a specified timeframe if not already licensed.
