Commercial Property Researcher – South Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a one-time project to identify and catalogue commercial and industrial office spaces and call centers in the South Florida area. The successful candidate should have strong research skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Research and Identification: Conduct comprehensive research to identify commercial and industrial office spaces and call centers in the South Florida area. Focus on establishments with a minimum of 30 employees per office. This includes standalone offices and those situated in commercial plazas.
Data Collection: Collect necessary data, specifically the office name and address. Ensure the accuracy of the collected data.
Data Organization: Import all addresses into a spreadsheet. Each entry should be clearly categorized by city for ease of use.
Mapping: Generate a map indicating the geographical distribution of these offices, sorted by city. Use mapping software that allows for easy interpretation and visualization.
Report Generation: Compile all findings into an easily readable and organized report. This report will be used for internal purposes and should include both the spreadsheet and the mapped data.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all data collected is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in research, data collection, and data organization tasks.
Familiarity with the South Florida commercial and industrial property market is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in the use of online tools, databases, and software for research, data collection, and mapping.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate and timely information.
