Job Description

MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE! We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, number-saavy, and communicative FULL-TIME Administrator & Bookkeeper to perform a variety of clerical tasks from Mondays to Fridays, 9am – 5pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). Our ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills and be proficient with Trello, Dropbox, Intuit/QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.

Ideal time commitment: 40 hours per week
Wage: PHP 52,000/month (~USD $960/month), paid bi-weekly

Bookkeeping duties include:

– Reviewing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Profit and Loss Statements) from CFO & providing feedback from QuickBooks records
– Communicating/following up with vendors to manage invoices from received to paid
– Logging, verifying & following up on accounts payables & receivables in QuickBooks
– Requesting, creating, and submitting balance sheets in Excel
– Communicating with outside Accounting firms & following up on A/P & A/R reconciliation

Administrative duties include:

– Meeting scheduling and coordination
– Updating company social media accounts
– Updating financial budgets and forecasts in Excel
– Contacts updates and data entry
– Make travel arrangements

Required skills/Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
– 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
– Proactive, self-starter who can work independently within set objectives
– STRONG, CONSISTENT, & STABLE high-speed internet access
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
– Highly organized and attentive to details
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Google Suite, Dropbox, Trello, & REI Reply
