Position Overview:
As a Commercial Real Estate Cold Caller, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include initiating contact with potential clients, establishing rapport, and promoting our range of commercial real estate services. This position requires a proactive and energetic individual who thrives on building relationships and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to identify and generate leads within the commercial real estate market.
Outbound Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients with the aim of setting up meetings for our sales team.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our commercial real estate offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize results.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are a Christian company and prefer candidates who share the same faith or can work within our culture.
5 years of experience as a Cold Caller, preferably in Commercial Real Estate.
MUST be Technology savvy
Can think on their feet, demonstrating excellent critical and decision-making skills even while on the phone.
Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Ability to handle rejection and effectively deliver rebuttals to pivot conversation back to the main reason for the call.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using Calltools and other relevant tools.
Relationship Cultivation and Emotional Intelligence: Has the ability to go beyond cold calling by cultivating strong relationships with brokers. The candidate should excel in not only making initial connections but in nurturing long-term partnerships crucial for finding deals, buyers, lenders, and discovering ongoing strategic partnership opportunities.
