Commercial Real Estate VA with Experience in Financial Modeling/Analysis

We are Katuva, a VA placement agency based in Idaho, and are seeking to hire a detail-oriented and driven financial and research analyst for our client who is into commercial real estate, with a focus on real estate investments.

Here are some of the responsibilities::

1. Extract lease and rent roll information, expenses and other operational data into a financial modeling software.
2. Financially model lease/rent roll/operational data using Excel, Argus, or similar software.
3. Research and evaluate property specific information, market data, and learn to draw conclusions.
4. Assist in creating valuation and marketing materials (writing and communication of financials)
5. Perform administrative tasks, as assigned.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Work experience in Real Estate, with Commercial Real Estate experience an advantage.
• Familiarity with financial modeling
• Understanding of PowerPoint, word, and the suite of Microsoft products
• Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Robust analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to perform basic admin tasks like email management, calendar management, and database management
• Can work autonomously and meet deadlines

This is a full time requirement at 40 hours of work per week with an options to work part time, during Philippine daytime. To provide a little overlap with the client the potential start time or schedule will be around 7am Philippine time.
