Job Description:

As a Commission-Based Sales Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our video marketing services. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients via direct messages (DMs) on relevant platforms, engage them in meaningful conversations, and schedule appointments for our sales team to further discuss their marketing needs.

Responsibilities:

Send direct messages (DMs) to 15 relevant clients every hour for 5 days per week.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their marketing challenges and objectives.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential fit for our services.
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage prospects confidently and build rapport over direct messages.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Commission Structure:

This position is commission-based, with a percentage of all leads that close (approximately 20%) being paid out to the appointment setter.
The commission will be calculated based on the total revenue generated from leads scheduled by the appointment setter.
