Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven commission-based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of Reddit, and a proven track record in sales. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue for Redditera.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Redditera’s marketing services.
– Present and articulate the value of Redditera’s services to potential clients through effective sales pitches and presentations.
– Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
– Stay updated on industry trends and Reddit’s evolving landscape to effectively communicate and sell our services.
– Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or a related field.
– Strong understanding of Reddit and its potential as a marketing platform.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with competitive commission rates and unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn! We offer 10% of total closed deal if it’s a lead and 20% if you close it yourself. Our average deal is $3,000.
