We are currently expanding our reach and looking to add a driven, results-oriented Commission-Based Sales Representatives to our team.
Role Summary:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by securing new deals and partnerships with property owners. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, engaging with property owners, and effectively using sales CRMs to track and manage your sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential property owners in the Ontario and Houston markets through various outreach methods including cold calling, emailing, networking events, and local advertising.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by providing timely and informative responses to inquiries, and regular updates on market trends.
Leverage sales CRMs to effectively track leads, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and up-to-date.
Prepare and present compelling pitches and proposals that highlight the benefits of partnering with our company for short-term rental management.
Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new clients.
Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and potential growth opportunities.
Setup, track and optimize Facebook and Google Ads to ensure leads are coming through and being followed up with
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sales representative, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of sales CRMs and proficiency in managing a sales pipeline with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
Understanding of digital marketing and various lead generation tactics is an asset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with the discipline to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with a competitive commission structure designed to reward high performance. Successful sales representatives will have the opportunity to earn significant income based on the deals closed and the revenue generated from managed properties.
