Choice Renovations Canada is seeking a motivated and organized Remote Sales Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a driven individual looking to earn income based on performance. The Sales VA will assist in generating new business, securing renovation contracts, and expanding our client base, all while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through online research, networking, and digital marketing.
– Utilize social media platforms, online forums, and industry-specific websites to generate leads.
2. Client Engagement:
– Conduct initial online consultations with potential clients to understand their renovation needs and project scope.
– Present our renovation services via email, virtual meetings, and digital presentations, showcasing past projects and explaining the benefits of choosing Choice Renovations Canada.
3. Proposal and Closing:
– Collaborate with the project management team to prepare detailed project proposals and quotes.
– Follow up with potential clients through email and virtual calls to negotiate contract terms and close deals.
– Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business and referrals.
4. Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong virtual relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
– Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle via remote communication tools.
5. Market Research:
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Compensation:
Commission Structure:
– Base Commission: 3% of the total project value for every contract signed.
– Tiered Bonuses:
– Additional 0.5% for projects over $60,000.
– Additional 1% for exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Example:
– For a project valued at $30,000:
– Base commission (3%) = $900
– For a project valued at $60,000:
– Base commission (3%) = $1,800
– Additional 0.5% bonus = $300
– Total commission = $2,100
Exceeding Sales Targets Example:
Assume the monthly sales target is $200,000 in total project value. If the sales VA achieves $250,000 in a month:
– Base Commission (3%):
– For $250,000: $7,500
– Exceeding Sales Target Bonus (1%):
– For $250,000: $2,500
– Total Commission for the Month:
– $7,500 + $2,500 = $10,000
Qualifications:
– Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the renovation, construction, or real estate industry.
– Strong proficiency with online communication tools and social media platforms.
