Currently running two brands from feminine health care and kitchen niche, she sells in the US and all EU Amazon platforms. With her team, she helps women to improve the quality of their life by providing them products made out of natural and toxic-free materials. The use of such products does not harm women’s health and preserves nature at the same time. Tina puts a great focus on the company’s values: commitment, engagement, persistence, and education. Knowledge and experience are not as important as personal growth!
Tina is stressed though, as she is spreading herself too thinly in her commitment to scale her two brands. She has too little time due to various other commitments.

WHAT JOB DO WE OFFER?
A rockstar Amazon Product Development and Sourcing Specialist, to work on new product ideas on a regular full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Someone who can just find new product ideas and develop them into an amazing product without running back to Tina every 5 minutes. You know – finding product opportunities on the market (not only on Amazon but gathering ideas from all over the internet), validating ideas based on market competitiveness, and providing unique features for product differentiation. Someone who can find the best suppliers and develop customized products with them, someone who can negotiate with suppliers for the best price and payment terms.
Tina offers a fully remote full-time job, without any pre-defined working hours, which could be started right away. Tina doesn’t track working hours as she trusts team members and looks for results only. Tina offers all the resources for growing mastery in product development and sourcing, you only need to be resourceful and open to learning.
Tina doesn’t look for a VA who is just waiting for the next task to be given to him/her. Tina wants a specialist, who will run product development from the strategic and operational point of view after the onboarding period. Tina wants somebody who will take decisions independently and take strategic approaches.
We offer a fixed payment in the first three months during the onboarding process and then we will add a variable bonus based on results.
