Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Communication Expert to spearhead our lead generation efforts by engaging with U.S. clients. This role requires a fluent and nuanced understanding of American English, ensuring that all communications resonate effectively with our client base.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. to generate leads and build lasting relationships.
Utilize a deep understanding of American cultural nuances to tailor conversations and enhance engagement.
Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey our offerings and value propositions.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on leads to facilitate the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a communication or lead generation role, with a strong track record of successful client engagement.
Exceptional proficiency in American English, including a clear understanding of regional accents and cultural nuances.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and clear messages.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Experience with CRM software and telephone systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Starting salary at $3.50 per hour, with potential increases based on performance.
