Job Description

This role’s key responsibility is acting as a support to Asia and Pacific Corporate Communications Manager in delivering high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date communications to staff across Asia and Pacific.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for coordinating and managing internal communications output across Asia and the Pacific.
Create and implement employee communications content and forums that create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and individuals, and shape culture.
Ensure internal messages are communicated and delivered to employees in an accurate, clear, timely, and effective manner, using a high-impact writing style and format
Includes copy, visual, and material creation for the following but not limited to Intranet, SharePoint, newsletters, posters, letterheads, presentation decks, reports, simple infographics, and simple video editing using free online tools (ie. Videopad, Canva)
Entails managing content across internal communications channels including but not limited to Intranets, WordPress, SharePoint, Snapcomms, Outlook, Eloqua
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate employee communications content into overall company goals and messaging
Support the development of an employee communications strategy and execution of the strategy. Prepare agendas and conduct research.
Recommend, implement, and maintain intranet site design and operations
Work with the Asia and Pacific team on the Annual Conference and special projects
Create thought leadership materials and develop fresh story ideas
Create dashboard reports using software-based tracking
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
College Graduate – Communications courses
Excellent writing experience/ skills – communications, drafting announcements, etc. | Please prepare Portfolio
Content Management System (e.g., SharePoint, WordPress etc.) experience | Intermediate Level
Advance Proficiency of MS Office Applications (PPT, Word, Excel)
Graphic design skills | Intermediate Proficiency
Basic Video editing skills – or ability and willingness to learn
Professionalism and confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
Project and Time management
Excellent communication skills
Eloqua experience/ Familiarity with email marketing
