REI Genius is dedicated to serving real estate investors as they embark on their investing journey! We’re looking for a talented Communications Manager to join our team and help us effectively communicate our vision, values, and achievements to our target audiences.
Job Description:
As a Communications Manager at REI Genius, you will be a key player in shaping our company’s public image and ensuring consistent, strategic communication both internally and externally. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies that align with our business goals and values.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans that support the company’s objectives and enhance its reputation.
Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with other real estate experts, and influencers to secure media coverage and manage collaborations and guestings.
Email Communication: Design effective email communication through newsletters, email drips, and campaigns.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy and execution, increasing engagement and followers. Specially responding to direct messages and post’s comments.
REI Genius Engagement: Engage with key members, including potential members, current community members, and coaching clients, to gather feedback and address concerns.
CRM management: Develop and execute strategic approach and technology system to use, manage, and analyze interactions and relationships with current and potential customers. Involves collecting and centralizing customer data, enabling organizations to improve customer service, enhance sales processes, and make data-driven decisions to better understand and cater to customer needs.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Communications Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful communication campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms. (Facebook, ActiveCampaign, Close, etc.)
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative communication ideas.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with real estate is a plus.
