Job Description

We are looking for a smart, capable, critical-thinking and highly responsible individual to join our fast-paced, exciting environment at Content at Scale and Content Hacker. In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks that require critical thinking, adaptability, and communication with customers and experts to bring about positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities in the Community and Marketing Support Specialist role:

Community Management (primary responsibility):

Monitor and engage with members of our community, hosted in Circle, to ensure a positive and proactive environment.
Resolve member concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate and schedule events, webinars, and discussions led by our founders (Julia McCoy, Shannan Hale, etc.).

Expert Engagement:

Identify and tag relevant experts to address specific topics and queries within the community.
Build and maintain relationships with experts to ensure continuous involvement and contribution.

Marketing and Recruitment:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns with our marketing manager, Diana.
Social media scheduling, promotion, and distribution.
Help with recruitment activities, including promoting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

Executive Assistance:

Take on tasks as delegated by executives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Organize and manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative needs.

Continuous Improvement:

Regularly gather feedback from community members to suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in community management and marketing to propose innovative strategies.

The community role includes warm and helpful communication with members, and curating / researching and posting.

– We will want you to create, research, and post a 1x/weekly newsfeed of latest news in AI. To demonstrate your capabilities, please find 3-5 important news links from the AI realm that are current and share how you would share that information to share within our company channels.
