Role: Community Association Administrative Assistant
Contract: Part-time (30 hours weekly)
Schedule: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST with a 30-minute break
Rate: Starts at $700 USD monthly depending on experience

What you should have
– At least 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant and/or Customer Service Representative
– Strong organizational and administrative skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
– System requirements:
– Operating System of Windows 10 or equivalent/higher
– 1GHz or higher CPU
– 4 GB RAM or higher
– 128 GB SSD or higher
– Video: DirectX 9 or higher with WDDM 1.0 Driver
– Stable and reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps
What you’ll do
The Community Association Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Community Association Manager and the Community Association Board of Directors. The administrative assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as providing excellent customer service to community members. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
– Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for the Community Association
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails from community members
– Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events for the community association
– Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and agendas
– Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, such as mail distribution and supply ordering
– Providing excellent customer service to community members, addressing any concerns or issues they may have
– Assisting the Community Association manager with special projects and tasks as needed
– Assisting the Board of Directors with their activities and duties
– Maintaining the community website and social media presence
