The Community Manager will be mainly responsible for developing and publishing interactive content and visuals for the purpose of community engagement.
ORGANIZATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES
– Set, plan, and implement engagement strategies on Instagram.
– Develop engagement strategies and plans for community development.
– Publish approved engagement plans.
– Stay abreast of community engagement strategies.
– Interact with community members and respond in a timely manner.
– Record and report engagement analytics. Social media metrics in particular.
– Build relationships with the community.
– Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
– Leave comments to old posts and moderate unnecessary and spam comments.
– Re-share relevant posts to stories daily and utilize engagement stickers.
– Help the marketing team for lead generation efforts.
DAILY TASKS
For Instagram Accounts
– Like and comment on posts from accounts that the clients follow.
– Engage with new followers.
– Engage on posts from the relevant hashtags that the client provided.
– Respond to stories if there are poll questions.
– Repost feed posts onto the client’s stories.
– Track how many people respond, like, or follow the client.
– Scrape 20-30 prospect leads from Instagram.
MISCELLANEOUS
– Help develop a process for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
– Establish the best way to track these efforts.
– Use of ChatABC for engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Need to be someone with high energy, and enthusiasm, and can write good English on social media.
– Social Media experience
– Strong attention to detail
