Community Engagement Specialist

You’ll be the heart of our online community! We’re looking for a social media enthusiast who thrives on building authentic relationships with our customers and creating a vibrant, engaging online presence. Your key tasks will include:

Community Management: Actively monitor and respond to comments, questions, and messages across Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and Instagram. Provide friendly, helpful, and timely support.

UGC Acquisition & Management: Reach out to customers who’ve shared positive reviews and photos. Secure permission to use their content (via agreements) and organize images/agreements in a spreadsheet.

Content Creation: Design shareable social media posts featuring customer images and stories that resonate with our community (2+ per week on TikTok and IG). Schedule posts and actively participate in relevant groups.

Community Building: Proactively engage with customers in conversations, foster a sense of belonging, and represent our brand values positively.

Other Responsibilities: Stay adaptable and assist our team with additional marketing tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Community Champion: You’re passionate about building relationships and understand the power of online communities.
Excellent Communicator: You’re a natural with words, both written and spoken, and can quickly build rapport with customers.
Detail-Oriented: You’re organized and meticulous with spreadsheets and follow-through for agreements.
Creative & Proactive: You have a knack for creating engaging content and aren’t afraid to take initiative.
Troubleshooting & Initiative: Proactively address issues, finding solutions quickly. Take initiative to research and learn when faced with unfamiliar situations.
Bonus: Experience with image editing tools (Canva, etc.) and social media analytics.

Schedule: Monday – Friday Pacific Standard Time 7am – 1pm pst. You must be available during these hours to respond to the team and attend meetings throughout your shift.
