Role Description:
As the Community Group Manager, you will be responsible for moderating our online community, engaging with members, answering their questions, and guiding them to the appropriate resources as they pursue government contracts. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining an active and helpful community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Moderation: Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring a safe and respectful environment that fosters constructive dialogue and cooperation.

Client Support: Respond promptly to queries within the community, utilizing software tools like ChatGPT to research and provide accurate information. Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.

Engagement and Interaction: Actively encourage member participation by initiating discussions, asking probing questions, and responding to comments.

Resource Guidance: Direct clients to necessary resources and support materials that will aid them in understanding and pursuing government contracts.

Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from the community to enhance the resources and support provided. Implement strategies to increase community engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in managing online communities, such as Facebook groups or similar platforms.

Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.

Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively use digital tools to gather information.

Resourcefulness: A knack for finding solutions and being proactive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management to enhance community support.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the government contracting process or related fields.

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and community platforms.
