**Position: Community Growth Manager**

**Responsibilities:**

As a Community Growth Manager at ContentJet, you will play a pivotal role in the intersection of hiring, community management, social media posting, and project management.

– Stay informed about ongoing video projects, identifying the need for suitable content creators for each.
– Utilize social media platforms and hiring websites to identify and recruit talented content creators.
– Conduct negotiations with Content Creators to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
– Cultivate and expand a network of content creators for future projects.
– Address queries from content creators regarding assignments and collaboration with our agency.
– Facilitate the contract process with content creators.
– Ensure content creators comprehend their assignments and adhere to timely video delivery.

**Requirements:**

– Excellent written English skills; Spanish proficiency is optional.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing.
– Optional: 1 year of sales experience.
– Proficient in social media management.
– Strong communication skills.
– In-depth understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms.
– Experience in content creation on social media, particularly TikTok.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours:**

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm (40 hours per week).

**Compensation:**

$750 USD per month, with the potential for career advancement within the company.
