Job Mission:
To establish, grow, and maintain an engaged and thriving community across all ELO
social platforms. The Community Manager will be the pioneer in implementing
innovative strategies, content, ensuring customer feedback is taken into account, and
increasing the overall efficiency of the business in service to our customers.
Outcomes:
Community Growth & Engagement: Demonstrate a 20% quarter-on-quarter growth in
active community members across all platforms while maintaining or increasing
engagement levels.
Content Calendar Excellence: Develop and implement an effective content calendar
within the first month of hire that aligns with ELO’s brand strategy and promotes
increased user interaction.
Customer Feedback Loop: Establish a robust and efficient system for gathering,
analyzing, and communicating customer feedback to the team within the first 60 days.
Operational Efficiency: Propose and implement at least two new systems or processes
within the first 90 days that significantly increase the efficiency of community
management operations.

the ability to connect with them authentically.
