Position Overview:
We are seeking a Community Manager to lead and grow our online communities. The ideal candidate will have a background in presenting and meeting with customers via Zoom or similar platforms, along with a proven track record in managing online communities. If you are a creative, motivated individual with exceptional English communication skills and a flair for engaging with diverse audiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
– Community Management: Launch, develop, and manage online communities on platforms like Skool, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
– Content Creation: Develop engaging content that resonates with community members and supports our brand’s mission.
– Customer Engagement: Host presentations, webinars, and meetings with customers on Zoom or similar platforms, providing excellent service and support.
– Member Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive environment for community members.
– Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze community metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
– Support and Moderation: Provide support to community members, address their concerns, and moderate discussions to maintain a healthy community environment.

Requirements:
English Proficiency: C1/C2 level of English.
Experience with Presentations and Zoom Meetings: Experience in presenting, hosting webinars, and meeting with customers on Zoom or similar video conferencing platforms.
Community Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing online communities on platforms such as Skool, Facebook, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Community Platforms: Familiarity with various online community management tools and platforms.

Credit Repair Experience: Experience in credit repair is a plus.
