We’re hiring a Lead Customer Service and Special Projects Manager.

Time allocation will be approximately ½ time customer support via responding to Help Desk tickets, reporting any website or customer issues to the team, updating membership accounts in the WooCommerce system, completing the refunding report.

While this portion is repetitive, it is critical that changes to membership accounts follow specific steps from the manual and are done properly. Detailed training will be provided for the Woo Commerce system.

The other ½ of the time will be spent on projects:
searching for and reporting illegal/PDF copies of the books and courses
conducting membership audits,
search and monitor reviews on social media,
gather customer reviews from social media,
update and continuous monitoring of the Wikipedia page
other projects as assigned. Training will be provided for all projects if needed

Responsibilities and/or Duties include, but not limited to:
Respond to the ZOHO Help Desk customer questions two times a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, and facilitate helpful and appropriate answers and communications to resolve member issues and/or needs.
Elevate all technology disruptions (website front-end and backend) and difficult customer issues to the Director of Operations. Alerting Director of Operations about any patterns or reoccurring technology or customer issues immediately.
Member account management via WooCommerce and WordPress Engine platform: update member profiles and note creation, update subscription levels/dates, as needed.
Payment platform management: Stripe and to process refunds and order management, as needed.
Set-up 30min. 1-on-1 meetings on GoToMeetings and GoToWebinars, as needed. Frequency is 4/month on average.
Communicating via phone or email with the team members regarding questions and issues that arise within the website and Help Desk, as needed.
Creating USPS shipping labels/PirateShip Labels for international book sales. Frequency is a couple of labels/ month typically.
Communicating with third-party companies on occasion and/or as needed. Elevating all inquiries for CEO guest speaking/partnerships/presentations to the Director of Operations.
Participates in weekly team zoom calls for updates, help desk concerns, customer service feedback, upcoming developments, implementation or new/existing processes and workflows, etc.
Suggest technology and/or workflow and process improvements to the Director of Operations and Director of Strategy.
Any other duties as discussed.

Like detailed repetitive tasks, as updating the WooCommerce system is very specific.
Trainable on the above software
Honest, trustworthy, reliable
