What We’re Looking For:
Position: Community Manager
Experience: 1-3 Years
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CST
Compensation: $4-$6 per Hour
Qualifications:
• Social Media Skills: Proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• CRM Experience: Knowledge of CRM tools, especially Go High Level (an advantage).
• Tech-Savvy: Competence in Microsoft software.
• Content Creation: Basic skills in content, video, and photo editing.
• Email Management: Ability to manage email communications.
• Pleasing Personality: A welcoming demeanor.
• Gender and Age: Female, 28 years and above.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Engagement and Interaction:
• Facilitate meaningful conversations and discussions within the community.
• Respond promptly to comments, questions, and concerns from our community members.
• Create and nurture a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere by enforcing community guidelines.
2. Content Creation and Curation:
• Craft and curate engaging content to keep our community thriving.
• Generate relevant and captivating content, including articles, posts, images, and videos.
• Curate user-generated content that aligns with our community’s goals and values.
• Develop content calendars and strategies to keep the community active and well-informed.
3. Moderation and Conflict Resolution:
• Maintain a harmonious community environment.
• Monitor the community for inappropriate or harmful content and take necessary action.
• Skillfully mediate conflicts and address issues that may arise between community members.
• Implement and fairly enforce community guidelines and rules to maintain a positive atmosphere.
4. Growth and Recruitment:
• Play a vital role in growing and nurturing our community.
• Actively work on increasing the size and reach of our community.
• Promote the community through various channels to attract new members.
• Identify potential advocates and ambassadors to help promote and expand our community.
Analysis and Reporting:
• Measure our success through tracking and analyzing key performance metrics, such as engagement, growth, and sentiment.
• Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and optimize community management strategies.
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders to showcase the positive impact of our community.
