We are a fast-growing U.S.-based negotiations training company with thousands of alumni around the world who have completed our workshops. Our mission is to empower individuals with the skills and confidence they need to excel in influence, persuasion, and negotiations. We’re looking for a creative and passionate Community Manager to help us build and nurture our relationships with this terrific network of learners.

Job Role:

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our online community, creating a dynamic space for our learners to connect, discuss, and grow. You’ll be responsible for sparking engaging discussions, sharing new content and courses, moderating conversations, and ensuring our community is a positive, enriching space.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a creative content strategy, repurposing our legacy content and brainstorming new ideas
Schedule and organize our monthly community gatherings
Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
Manage our social media presence
Monitor, track, and report on community engagement metrics
Uphold and enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful, constructive environment

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other online community platforms
Previous experience in community management
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret and act on community engagement metrics
Genuine interest in the art and science of negotiations
Attention to detail!

Working Hours:

Full time, 40 hours per week. We have a growing team in the Philippines and can be flexible with working hours, but there should be some overlap with the primary time zones of our learners.
