Role Overview:
As the Community Managerfor RNS ID, you will play a dual role in fostering a vibrant community around our Blockchain and Web3 services while also leading our social media strategy and presence. You will engage with users, clients, and enthusiasts across various channels, ensuring their needs are met and actively contributing to the growth and visibility of RNS ID within the Blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for the RNS ID community, responding to inquiries, feedback, and concerns across multiple channels, including social media, forums, and chat groups.
Foster meaningful interactions within the community by initiating discussions, hosting events, and facilitating collaborations among members.
Monitor community sentiment and address emerging issues to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance RNS ID’s online presence and engagement on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and others.
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to share updates, announcements, and educational resources related to Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
Content Creation and Curation:
Develop compelling content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to keep the community informed about RNS ID’s latest developments, products, and initiatives.
Curate and share relevant industry news, articles, and resources to enrich the community’s knowledge and stimulate discussions around Blockchain and Web3 technologies.
Community Growth and Advocacy:
Implement strategies to attract new members and expand the reach of the RNS ID community across various online platforms and offline events.
Identify and nurture relationships with key influencers, thought leaders, and potential partners to amplify RNS ID’s presence and advocacy within the Blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
Feedback Collection and Analysis:
Gather feedback from community members regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improving RNS ID’s products and services.
Analyze community feedback and social media metrics to provide actionable insights to relevant teams within RNS ID, contributing to product development and enhancement efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) working as a Community Manager and Social Media Manager in the Blockchain, Web3, or technology industry.
Strong understanding of Blockchain and Web3 concepts, with a passion for decentralized technologies and their potential impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences across social media platforms.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and optimize strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community members.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
