Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Community Manager who is well-versed in social media, content creation, and administrative tasks to join our growing team.

Position: Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Design and generate engaging content for various social media platforms.
Develop ebooks and worksheets using Canva.
Engage in some video editing tasks to produce high-quality content.
Community Engagement

Actively manage and engage with members of our community groups.
Address questions, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Fill in during coworking sessions to open the Zoom room.
Administrative Tasks

Manage calendars efficiently, ensuring all meetings and events are scheduled.
Follow up on emails in a timely and organized manner.
Schedule client training sessions via Zoom & Kartran, and send reminders in private communities.
Draft, finalize, and send out contracts to relevant stakeholders.
Set up payment plans and oversee their implementation.
Reporting & Analytics

Compile and analyze social insights, providing strategies for community and follower growth.
Podcast Management

Oversee the podcast scheduling process from intake to publication.
Design graphics for each episode.
Upload episodes to the designated platform.
Manage email scheduling through Kartra and post on our business’s social media page.
Sales & Marketing Support

Design landing pages for masterclasses and sales campaigns.
Proactively reach out to prospects and schedule opportunity calls.
Research

Stay updated with trending content in our niche and incorporate it into our content strategy.
Identify and use relevant hashtags to amplify our online presence.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
Proficient in content creation tools, especially Canva.
Basic video editing skills.
Familiarity with Zoom, Kartran, Kartra, and [Any other software/tools you use].
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability.
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and the ability to implement them.
