**Position Overview:**
We are on the lookout for dynamic and experienced Cryptocurrency Researchers to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will be instrumental in identifying and evaluating new cryptocurrency projects, understanding market trends, and providing insights to optimize our go-to-market strategies. This role demands a blend of market research, community engagement, and a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct in-depth research on emerging cryptocurrency projects, market trends, and investment opportunities.
– Collaborate with project teams to understand their vision, objectives, and market positioning.
– Engage with the crypto community through various platforms to gather insights and feedback on potential projects.
– Analyze and present findings to the internal team, aiding in decision-making processes for project selection and strategy development.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, technological advancements, and best practices within the crypto space.
– Ensure continuous engagement with the community by managing discussions, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and other interactive platforms.
– Compile and submit an ‘END OF SHIFT’ report at the conclusion of each shift, summarizing activities, findings, and community feedback.

**Qualifications:**

– At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably with direct involvement in launchpad projects.
– Proven track record in community management within the crypto space.
– Comprehensive understanding of various cryptocurrency domains, including DeFi, NFTs, blockchain technology, and regulatory environments.
– Exceptional analytical and research skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
