Community Manager for Influencers

I operate a full-service marketing agency that helps Influencers on Instagram/TikTok with 2 vital functions:

1) Reach new audiences through TikTok & Instagram to gain paid subscribers on other platforms by consistently posting content
2) Managing the community (i.e responding to comments, answering DMs, posting content made by our creators, etc.) on the Instagram & other social media accounts of our creators.

We are searching for a Community Manager to work directly within the accounts of our influencers to do the following tasks:
Manage comments & DMs on Instagram. Responding within the community within minutes but no more than 12 hours.
Repost our influencers TikTok videos onto Instagram 1-2 times per day
Upload premium paid content to send out in mass messages to increase revenue for our influencers

Experience preferred for this position includes:
– Great verbal & written English skills
– Instagram influencer content creation
– Experience with managing communities for influencers
– Use of Telegram channels to share status updates & share content
– Time-management & organizational skills
– Ability to work autonomously without supervision
– Use of project management tools such as Asana
– Tools such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, etc.

This role will begin with a trial to determine if you are a good fit for the position. During the trial period of 1-3 weeks, we will expect 1-3 hours of work per day (Monday-Sunday) with a weekly pay-rate of $35-50 USD. After the trial-period, the role will transition into a full-time role working 8 hrs/day (Monday-Sunday). Pay-rate will be dependent on experience and will range from $2-6/hour. Actual hours worked per week will vary, likely being lower in the beginning and slowly working up to full-time hours within 1-2 months.
